Litigation Counsel — Global Portfolio

Regent, a global private holding company, is seeking a Legal Counsel, Litigation to join its in-house legal team in Beverly Hills. You will support litigation across Regent and portfolio companies, manage active disputes, coordinate with outside counsel, and help shape strategy and risk assessment.

The role requires a JD, CA or NY bar admission, 2–5 years of litigation experience, and a proactive, business-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
