DLA Piper is seeking an Of Counsel with strong legal writing skills particularly in the area of pharmaceutical/medical device Daubert / Rule 702 motions practice to join its Litigation group. This position is open to any of our U.S. offices.
The role requires an (JD) with a science background (MD/MPH/PharmD/Epidemiology) and 8+ years of experience, including extensive briefing on Rule 702 and Daubert issues, and background in products liability—ideally within a leading AmLaw 100 firm.
