The firm has built a genuine reputation for defense side trial work, most recently securing a fatality case defense verdict earlier this year, one of several notable wins this year alone. It's a platform built by trial lawyers, for trial lawyers, not a firm that treats litigation as a formality on the way to settlement.

About the job

You'll step into a broad general liability defense docket with real courtroom exposure built in, not occasional.

This is a senior role with genuine ownership, leading cases from intake through trial, arguing motions, and taking depositions yourself rather than handing them off.

You'll also play a real part in mentoring and developing the associate team, sharing the trial experience that's often hard to come by elsewhere.

Partner track is there if you want it. But this is just as strong a fit if you're more interested in litigating and trying cases long-term than climbing toward equity.

• Active bar license in Texas (or able to waive in)
• 7+ years of litigation or general liability defense experience
• Trial experience strongly preferred
