Responsibilities
- Support all phases of complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents.
- Manage discovery, including document review, e-discovery, and production.
- Assist with deposition preparation, witness preparation, and trial preparation.
- Coordinate case strategy and litigation workflow while managing multiple matters simultaneously.
- Collaborate closely with litigation teams to deliver practical, high-quality legal solutions.
- Maintain strong organization and attention to detail while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the applicable state bar.
- 7+ years of complex civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents, and other substantive litigation filings.
- Experience managing discovery, including e-discovery.
- Strong case management and project management skills.
- Experience supporting depositions and trial preparation.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Writing sample required.
- Salary: $150,000-$234,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
