Litigation Attorney (Warranty)
Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid to senior level Trial Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in California . The Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar , and local to one of our three California offices. Each office is on a hybrid schedule with three days in office and two at home.
Warranty litigation experience is not required; however, all candidates must have the following experience/ skills:

• Extensive trial/arbitration experience, including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examination, motion practice, deposition, and mediation
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $170,000 - $200,000 annually (DOE).
