Litigation AttorneyA growing and entrepreneurial law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its expanding Trusts & Estates Litigation Practice in New York. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated, high-stakes disputes while working closely with clients through complex and often sensitive personal and family matters.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of litigation experience and a strong foundation in one or more of the following areas: trusts and estates, fiduciary litigation, guardianship proceedings, Surrogate's Court practice, elder law, or matters involving issues of capacity and undue influence.This position offers substantial client contact, meaningful courtroom experience, and the opportunity to work on challenging matters alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative and supportive environment.Position OverviewThe attorney will manage a diverse caseload involving contested estate and trust matters, fiduciary disputes, guardianship proceedings, and related litigation in New York Surrogate's Court, Supreme Court, and federal courts.
