This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience while working alongside seasoned trial attorneys on a diverse range of civil defense matters.
We Offer:
- Pay: $135K - $200K Base Salary + Bonus

- Schedule: fully in-office with hybrid flex
- Location: Troy, MI
- Manage a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.
- Conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and assist with trial preparation.
- Perform legal research, evaluate cases, and develop litigation strategies.
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide effective representation.
- 2+ years of litigation experience.
- Defense litigation experience preferred; plaintiff-side litigation experience will also be considered.
- Active Michigan Bar admission or eligibility for admission.
- Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
