Litigation Attorney – Employment Law/ Business Litigation
Location: San Diego, CA
No mandatory billable-hour requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions and prepare cases for hearings and trial.
- Develop litigation strategies and advise clients on employment-related disputes.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10–15 matters.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar admission in good standing.
- 2 - 5+ years of litigation experience.
- Employment litigation experience preferred.
- Business litigation experience with employment law exposure will also be considered.
- Plaintiff-side litigators with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000–$250,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
