Overview
Our client, a small law firm based in Ohio, seeks a litigation attorney to assist with ongoing legal research and writing assignments. This work is fully remote on a part time, ad hoc basis, projected to be 5-10 hours per week. Bar admission in any state in the US is acceptable. Rate is $70/hr.
Qualifications
- The attorney must have significant recent experience researching complex legal questions and writing memos and briefs related to that research.
- Experience with False Claims Act cases is strongly preferred.
