What We Need
We are looking for a litigation attorney in our Melville, NY office with 5 years of foreclosure litigation experience. We encourage diverse/minority candidates to apply. A juris doctorate and membership in good standing of the NY Bar are required. Responsibilities may include managing and prioritizing a large caseload, drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, attending hearings and status conferences, interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and MWC team members, and providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk.
