I'm recruiting for an Am Law 100 firm with a busy Alexandria office and offices statewide. They're adding Civil Litigation Attorneys with 3+ years of experience.
What will you actually do?
- Run cases from inception with minimal supervision
- Handle hearings, depositions and trials yourself
- Deal with clients directly from the start
- Bring the pace you've picked up practicing near the Eastern District, a court known for its speed

Where do you work?

What does it pay?
- They're open to more than one level, which is why the range is wide:
- Associates: $100,000 to $165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel: $140,000 to $215,000
- Partners: $190,000 to $275,000+
- Discretionary and performance based bonuses
- Student loan repayment assistance
What do you need?
- Virginia bar license
- 3+ years of civil litigation
- Strong research and writing skills (they'll ask for a sample)
- Clients who'd happily call you directly
