This full-time role will handle cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation in both state and federal courts. The firm is based in San Francisco’s Financial District, with remote candidates also considered.ResponsibilitiesManage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.Draft, review, and argue dispositive, discovery, and other motions.Conduct and defend depositions and analyze deposition testimony.Handle discovery, legal research, and case strategy development.Prepare for trials, including witnesses, evidence, and courtroom proceedings.Counsel clients and provide practical, strategic legal guidance.Appear in California state and federal courts as needed.Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders throughout each matter.
