Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Pittsburgh , PA . Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Bar license .
The Ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Pittsburgh , PA . Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Bar license .
The Ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Experience working with e-discovery software
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Oil and gas experience is preferred but not required
- Salary range: $175,000 - $200,000 annually (DOE).
