A well-established law firm in Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a passion for litigation and a drive to provide high-quality legal representation.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload in litigation matters.

Represent clients in state and federal courts.

Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for hearings and trials.

Work collaboratively with clients, attorneys, and staff to develop strategies for case resolution.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.

2+ years of experience in litigation preferred, but not required.
