We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Litigation Attorney to join our Litigation
Practice Group. Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of experience as a practicing Lozano Smith values diversity,
attorney in litigation and a passion for public agency/education law. This individual will fostering an inclusive environment
represent public agencies and school districts in a variety of litigation matters. They will where varied perspectives enrich our

Duties & Responsibilities:
? Representing public entities in state and federal court in administrative hearings. ? Mentoring Program
? Provide legal advice on matters related to public agency law, and education law. ? Professional Development
? Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents. ? Child-Friendly Business Award
? Collaborate with clients and provide strategic guidance on legal issues. ? Community Engagement Projects
? Stay current on legal developments and provide training to clients. ? Collaborative Environment

Qualifications:
? Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Focus on Schools and Community
? Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
? Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience Partnering with school districts,
? Proven trial experience. community colleges, cities, counties
? Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. and all types of public agencies is at the

Salary - $120,000 - $225,000/year
