Litigation Attorney PositionWe are seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage all aspects of case preparation (excluding trial and arbitration presentation) for medical malpractice matters. The attorney will work closely with trial attorneys and Claims Specialists to develop case strategy, prepare pleadings, manage discovery, and ensure efficient case resolution. degree from an accredited law schoolActive California Bar license3–6 years medical malpractice litigation experienceKnowledge of case management, pleadings, discovery, and motionsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple cases
