Duties

• Handle insurance defense matters from file opening through resolution, including trial.
• Conduct depositions and manage trial preparation autonomously.

• Navigate New York court procedures, particularly in Queens and Kings County.

Requirements

• Strong trial experience preferred.
• New York bar admission required; New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
• Proximity to New York Courts for appearances.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
