Responsibilities
- Taking and Defending Depositions
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests with precision and clarity
- Develop case strategies through thorough analysis of facts, applicable laws, and regulations across diverse practice areas
- Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements or resolutions when appropriate
- Coordinate with clients to gather pertinent information and provide clear updates on case progress
- Collaborate with internal teams on legal administrative tasks such as maintaining case files and tracking deadlines
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, or hearings as needed
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
- Experience in personal injury law is preferred
