Litigation Attorney

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 + bonus

A multi-hospital health system in Northern New Jersey is looking for a driven, analytical Litigation Attorney with 4–6 years of post-bar experience and a strong background in commercial litigation, complex contract disputes, and general litigation. Healthcare and Real estate litigation experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial, contract, and real estate litigation.
• Oversee case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, insurers, and internal leadership.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  
  

Requirements

• JD and active bar membership or eligibility for in-house counsel registration.
• 4–6 years of litigation experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government setting.
• Experience with commercial and real estate disputes, legal drafting, and discovery.
  
  

Preferred: Healthcare legal experience, including healthcare litigation, employment disputes, or professional liability.
