Healthcare and Real estate litigation experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial, contract, and real estate litigation.
- Oversee case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
- Coordinate with outside counsel, insurers, and internal leadership.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- JD and active bar membership or eligibility for in-house counsel registration.
- 4–6 years of litigation experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government setting.
- Experience with commercial and real estate disputes, legal drafting, and discovery.
