Large, regional law firm is seeking a skilled and driven Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Chicago office. This Litigation Attorney will focus on commercial transportation and be involved in all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation cases, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and briefs
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations
- Handle client communication, case strategy, and reporting
- Conduct legal research to support case arguments and motions
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience working in commercial transportation preferred, but not required
