OurlawfirmislookingtoaddanexperiencedLitigationAttorneytosupportthefirm’s Floridapractice.TheLitigationAttorneywillhandlearangeofcivillitigationmatters,

assistwithforeclosure-relatedlitigation,prepareandreviewpleadings,appearincourtas

needed,andworkcollaborativelywithattorneysandstafftomovemattersefficiently

towardresolution.PracticalknowledgeofnavigatingFloridacourtsisrequired. Experience

withcreditors’rights,includingforeclosure,realestate,orrelatedlitigation,ispreferred.

LicensetopracticelawinFloridarequired.

SpecificJobResponsibilities:

• HandlecivillitigationmattersinFloridacourts,includingforeclosure-relatedlitigationandothercreditor-relateddisputes.
• Draft,review,andrevisepleadings,motions,declarations,correspondence,andotherlitigation-relateddocuments.
• Monitorcaseprogress,evaluatelegalandproceduralissues,anddeveloppracticalstrategiestomovemattersefficientlytowardresolution.
• Appearincourt,attendhearings,communicatewithclientsandopposingcounsel,andassistwithcasestrategyasneeded.

Experience:

• Civillitigationexperience,includingdraftingpleadings,motionpractice,courtappearances,caseanalysis,andclientcommunication.
• PracticalknowledgeofFloridacourtprocedures,localrules,filingrequirements,hearingpractice,andcivillitigationworkflows.
• Experiencewithcreditors’rights,foreclosure,realestatelitigation,orrelatedfinancialserviceslitigationpreferred.
• ActivemembershipingoodstandingwiththeFloridaBar.
