The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, experience handling contested high-net worth divorce cases and family law matters, and a client-centered approach to representation. We are looking for an attorney who is passionate about litigation but also has strong skills in negotiating amicable resolutions for clients' matters. Independently manage a caseload of divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution matters. Conduct client consultations, legal research, and case strategy development. Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively in contested matters. Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure successful case outcomes. 3-6 years of experience litigating family and matrimonial law matters in NYC.
