Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Los Angeles. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil and commercial litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation law and a proven track record of success in the courtroom.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the litigation process from initiation to appeal
- Conduct legal research and analysis of issues
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Appear in court for hearings, trials, and conferences
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and be in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing litigation law
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
