Republican Jobs is leading the search for an experienced Litigation Attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience, particularly in class actions and complex motion practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team focused on complex litigation matters.
Job Duties:
- Develop legal strategies in complex litigation matters, including class actions
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and substantive legal motions
- Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and court appearances
- Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and filings
- Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of litigation experience, including class action and motion practice
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong experience drafting motions (e.g., motions to dismiss, summary judgment)
- Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- ERISA or employee benefits experience is a plus, but not required
Salary: $100k–$180k+ based on experience, plus benefits
