- 8+ years of insurance defense experience
- Experience in areas of commercial transportation and premises liability
- Texas licensed
- Billing experience
- Strong knowledge of law, court procedures, and legal principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in legal work
- Previous experience in litigation
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas bar and in good standing in the state where practicing
- Working as a Litigation Attorney
- Drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and analyzing legal issues
- Representing clients in court trials and proceedings
- Conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses
- Working independently and remotely
