A Boutique Real Estate Law Firm is looking to add an experienced contract-to-permanent attorney with litigation experience to the firm. We are looking for a proactive advocate with 2–5 years of experience to join our dedicated team.
The Role
You will manage cases from inception through resolution, handling:
- ** Litigation & Advocacy: ** Conducting depositions, arguing motions, and representing clients in court hearings.
- ** Discovery & Research: ** Managing document review/production, drafting discovery requests and responses, drafting motions, and performing in-depth legal research.
- ** Trial Prep: ** Building strong cases for trial and navigating complex litigation strategies, attending and handling hearings.
Your Background
The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in:
- Commercial or residential real estate.
- Construction defect litigation.
- Property Owners’ Association (POA/HOA) law.
- Foreclosure proceedings
