I am partnering with a well-respected national litigation firm seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience in medical malpractice, healthcare or professional liability litigation, labor & employment, or a related practice area. What We Need
- 3-7 years of litigation experience preferred
- Experience in medical malpractice, healthcare litigation, professional liability, labor & employment, or a related practice area
- Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and case strategy
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and clients
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Active Bar license in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction
- Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and related filings
- Take and defend depositions; prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Work with clients on case strategy, discovery responses, reporting, and risk assessment
- Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys on healthcare, professional liability, employment, and related disputes
- Build client relationships while delivering practical, business-minded counsel
