Litigation Attorney - Commercial Transportation

Responsibilities

Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation in Illinois, including oral and written discovery, fact investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, memoranda, client reports, and affidavits.

Engage in motion practice in state and federal courts, including dispositive motions.

Prepare for and conduct trial work.

Handle transactional, retail, and administrative work as needed.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of experience in civil litigation.

Active Illinois bar license.

Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well in a team.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary range: $140,000–$180,000 (depending on experience).

Bonus opportunities available.
