Litigation Attorney - Collin County, TX
Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a senior attorney with 7-10 years of litigation practice experience to join its litigation business unit in Collin County, TX. Candidates must hold an active Texas bar license.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Experience working with e-discovery software
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Strong academic credentials
Compensation & benefits:
- Salary range: $215,000 – $225,000 annually (DOE).
