I am currently working with a leading AM LAW 100 ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit an Associate who specializes in litigation to join their Chicago office.
Key Responsibilities
- This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
- Provide general support to the litigation department as needed.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of Illinois.
- 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally gained within a national large law firm setting.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Market leading salary commensurate with experience ($250-400k base per annum).
