Litigation Attorney

A well-established law firm is seeking a litigation attorney for its Pittsburgh, PA office. The firm is looking to grow its litigation team with an attorney who has 3 or more years of civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will bring experience across a range of civil litigation matters, including auto, premises liability, construction, product liability, and/or insurance coverage. Prior insurance defense experience is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable handling cases from inception through jury verdict. Qualified candidates must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, with admission to Ohio and/or West Virginia considered a plus. At least 3 years of relevant litigation experience is required, with insurance defense experience preferred. The firm offers a generous compensation package, including a competitive salary in the $110,000–$140,000 range, paid time off, medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan. The billable hour requirement is 1,600 hours, with enhanced bonus eligibility around 1,800 hours.
