Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their team Commercial Litigation practice in Wilmington, DE.
Annual Salary Range: $205,000 to $225,000

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes.
- Demonstrated litigation experience in the Court of Chancery of Delaware and the Complex Commercial Division of the Superior Court of Delaware.
- Licensed to practice law in Delaware.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- High Attention to Detail.
- Strong Organizational Skills.
