An expanding insurance defense firm located in White Plains, NY, is seeking to add an experienced and motivated 1 to 7+ year associate attorney admitted in New York, to its respected, trusted, and successful team. The firm represents clients in construction accident cases, premises liability, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, dram shop, negligent security, dog bite, products liability, professional liability, municipal liability, wrongful death, and property damage cases. Associates are trained by experienced, knowledgeable partners and exposed to every aspect of the litigation process. This position will allow for associates to handle their own cases.
Candidates should have experience with conducting depositions, drafting summary judgment motions and discovery responses, appearing in court, and communicating with clients. In addition to candidates currently working at private law firms, candidates coming from public sector jobs with some but not all of the requirements are encouraged to apply.
