Litigation Associate | White Collar | Low Hours, High Comp

This tightly knit Los Angeles team of a half dozen attorneys seeks a Litigation Associate to work hand in glove with the Hiring Partner, a former Federal Prosecutor and Jones Day alum who has handled some of the most high profile criminal cases in the state's history. Experience in white collar litigation, or a distinct interest in cultivating a practice in that area, is required. The incoming Associate will also support commercial litigation matters, developing a well-rounded practice.

The firm offers excellent work/life balance, with a client-based billable hour expectation of 1700 hours. (1800 total; 100 of the hours may be fulfilled through pro bono work.)

In addition to the Los Angeles office, the firm has a presence in New York, Washington DC, and Chicago, offering the opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of a small, intimate team while benefiting from the resources of a larger firm.
