Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support all phases of litigation in federal and state courts.
- Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
- Handle written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation.
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
- Work directly with clients and opposing counsel on complex litigation matters.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Judicial clerkship experience required.
- Approximately 4+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government agency, or comparable legal setting.
- Experience handling complex litigation matters and managing significant case responsibilities.
- Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. xhqgsiq
