Litigation Attorney Direct CounselLitigation Attorney Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Associate will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco.
Candidates must hold an active California Bar license. Warranty experience is not required; however, all candidates must have the following experience/skills:Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, deposition, and mediationExceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skillsStrong academic credentialsDetail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethicStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $150,000 – $165,000 annually (DOE).Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Comprehensive benefits including health insurance with HSA/FSA optionsDental, visionShort-term and long-term disabilityLife insurance401(k)Vacation and sick timeParking/public transportation allowanceEmployee assistance program.
