The firm offers a collaborative environment where your work will be seen and your growth will be supported.What You'll DoTake lead on litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trialManage disputes involving real estate, probate, construction, contracts, and other business-related issuesDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, settlement documents, and other case materialsRepresent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedingsPrepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, evidence strategy, and oral argumentProvide strategic legal counsel around risk, exposure, and case outcomesSupport clients on related transactional matters when needed, including agreements tied to real estate, development, construction, or business operationsCollaborate with internal attorneys and staff to deliver strong client service and practical legal solutionsWho You AreJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Washington State and current, active membership in the Washington State Bar Association in good standing.Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.Strong trial and courtroom experienceBackground handling matters related to real estate, probate, construction, and/or business disputes or related matters is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly and persuasively.Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits & Appreciation:Lucrative compensation + bonus plansFully paid Medical/Dental/Vision for employees401k & Roth PlanHolidays & PTOCompensation: $110,000–$180,000 DOE + bonus
