An established litigation law firm is looking to add a Litigation Associate to their team. As a Litigation Associate, you will represent clients through all stages of the litigation process, working alongside experienced attorneys on a diverse range of matters.
Responsibilities
- Managing commercial litigation and business disputes.
- Handling contract-related matters and regulatory compliance issues.
- Conducting legal research and drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Developing case strategy and preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.
- Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
- Collaborating with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
- 3-6 years of litigation experience, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
