Base pay range : $260,000.00/yr - $360,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, M&A litigation, and a wide range of other specialized litigation areas like IP, real estate, antitrust, and class actions
- Legal research, brief-writing, running document production, and discovery
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in litigation (associate level)
- Mid-Senior level
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
