Litigation Associate

Matterpointe is partnering with a San Francisco–based law firm to support the addition of a Litigation Associate as the practice continues to grow its presence in complex commercial and employment matters.

This role is built for an associate who wants substantive responsibility—not just volume. The firm's attorneys are hands-on, collaborative, and trial-oriented, and associates are trusted early with meaningful work and client exposure. You'll be part of a team that values preparation, judgment, and clear thinking over performative busyness.

Ideal background

• 3–7 years of civil, commercial, or employment litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Comfort managing matters with a high degree of autonomy
• California bar admission
