We are a growing firm with 14 offices nationwide and approximately 150 attorneys, committed to diversity and continued growth.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Litigation Associate with 3-8 years of litigation experience, licensed in California, and writing samples required. Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 per year.

This position involves handling a diverse range of complex litigation matters and working alongside a highly skilled team of legal professionals. Responsibilities

  1. Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
  2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
  3. Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, and other legal memoranda.
  4. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
  5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  6. Participate in pre‑trial proceedings such as depositions and discovery.
  7. Handle all aspects of trial preparation, including strategy development, witness preparation, and jury selection.
  8. Stay updated on legal trends and changes in the law, and apply this knowledge to current cases.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.

Qualifications

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. 3‑8 years of litigation experience, with specific experience in Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Probate Litigation, Fiduciary matters, Real Estate, Class Actions, and Employment Law a plus.
  3. Admission to the California state bar. Federal court experience a plus.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court.
  5. Experience at a large to mid‑size law firm a plus.
