Litigation Associate Roseland NJ

We are seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both commercial litigation and general litigation. Experience in Chancery practice, health law, and/or employment law would be advantageous.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in all aspects of eDiscovery, including best practices for preservation and collection of electronic evidence.
- Experience in reviewing eDiscovery using electronic support software platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity.
- Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Familiarity with litigation in both state and federal courts.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; New York Bar admission is preferred.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Manage and oversee eDiscovery processes and document reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with partners, clients, and support staff.
