A heavy-hitting plaintiff trial firm is seeking a REMOTE litigation attorney, barred in CA, with 5+ years of experience (ideally some of which is on the plaintiff side).This firm is based in LA, and most well-known for catastrophic PI, construction defect, med mal, and wildfire litigation. They've obtained over a billion for their clients.This litigation associate will handle litigation A-Z:Take and defend depos (no more than 2 per day)Basic motion practice – oppose or file MSJ, demur, etc. – and arguing motions (if they want)Voluminous discovery – propounding and respondingLegal research in WestlawMediation/arbitration/trial prepSome of this work is done in complex jurisdictions and at the appellate level.
Cases will be either plaintiff construction defect or inverse condemnation.The firm boast a close-knit team, and a manager willing to train and help whenever needed. The caseload is also not large!
