Role Overview:
- Join the Litigation Practice Group in the Raleigh office
- Handle a range of complex litigation matters
- 4–7 years of litigation experience required
- Experience with medical negligence, premises liability, product liability, or complex torts preferred
- Take and defend fact and expert depositions
- Argue motions in court
- Work closely with a collaborative team across offices
- Primarily onsite with some flexibility depending on office
Requirements:
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials (top 25% required)
- Hands on litigation experience including depositions and motion practice
- Motivated and team-oriented mindset
