A nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing Product Liability and Complex Litigation practice. Position Overview

The litigation team represents manufacturers nationwide in single-plaintiff and mass tort litigation, serving as coordinating counsel in state and federal courts. Matters involve a broad range of products, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive products, industrial machinery, construction equipment, and other consumer and commercial products

Responsibilies

• Draft and argue discovery and substantive motion
• Take and defend deposition
• Manage document productions and case development
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
• Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolutionWork closely with experienced litigators on high-profile product liability cases

Qualification

• 0-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to product liability and/or complex litigation matters
• Experience in a law firm environment preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of cases
• Active membership and good standing with the California Bar
• Salary range: $185,000 - $235,000 DOE (Dependent on Experience)
