This is a unique opportunity to work with a premier team handling high-stakes trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional fiduciaries.Position Overview:The ideal candidate will bring experience and passion for handling disputes involving trusts, estates, conservatorships, and fiduciary duties. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to complex litigation involving generational wealth, contested estate plans, fiduciary misconduct claims, and elder abuse matters.Key Responsibilities:Handle all phases of trust and estate litigation, from pre-suit investigations to trialDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate filingsConduct depositions and support trial teams in contested hearings and bench trialsManage factual development, expert analysis, and case strategyAdvise clients on complex probate, fiduciary, and inheritance issuesQualifications:3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to trusts and estates, fiduciary disputes, or complex civil litigationExcellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to handle sophisticated litigation independently and as part of a teamStrong interpersonal and client service skillsAdmission to the California BarStrong academic backgroundCompensation:The salary range for this position is $235,000 – $295,000, depending on experience and qualifications.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a nationally recognized practice, work with top-tier clients, and build your litigation career at the intersection of private wealth and high-stakes dispute resolution.
