Your New Role

Are you looking to develop your legal skills on a collaborative, supportive team? This boutique Portland firm is seeking a Litigation Associate eager to learn about construction and property litigation.

You’ll have the opportunity to take on construction defect and property damage cases with direct mentorship from the firm’s managing partner. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting discovery requests and responses, and liaising with witnesses and experts. You’ll collaborate on case strategy, prep for trials, and attend depositions, hearings, and court appearances.

This role requires excellent writing, problem-solving, and client service skills. Strong collaboration and negotiation capabilities will also take you far on this team.

This is a hybrid position.
