Duties
- Represent clients in various litigation matters, including personal injury and product liability.
- Manage case files and lead litigation strategies.
- Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex legal issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm or equivalent trial experience.
- Experience in personal injury, products liability, or insurance defense is advantageous.
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
- Admitted in Good Standing to the State Bar of Texas.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
