A respected and growing plaintiff focused law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Arizona practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom, enjoys managing complex matters, and wants to play an integral role in developing litigation strategy from case intake through resolution.The successful candidate will work alongside an accomplished trial team while maintaining ownership of an active caseload.

This position offers significant responsibility, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to contribute to cases involving complex personal injury and healthcare related claims.What You Will DoManage litigation matters through every stage of the case lifecycle.Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.Conduct and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts.Lead written discovery efforts, including drafting requests, responding to discovery, and reviewing produced documents.Develop litigation strategies and evaluate liability, damages, and case value.Collaborate with medical experts, consultants, and other litigation professionals.Prepare matters for mediation, settlement negotiations, evidentiary hearings, and trial.Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the courts.Work independently while partnering closely with attorneys and support staff on trial preparation.Required QualificationsSix to eight years of litigation experience.Significant Arizona state court litigation experience.Arizona Bar membership in good standing.Strong experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and overall case management.Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, and communication skills.Ability to independently manage litigation while collaborating with a broader trial team.Preferred ExperienceMedical malpractice litigation.Personal injury litigation.Experience handling complex civil disputes with substantial exposure.Strong understanding of Arizona procedural and evidentiary rules.What You Can ExpectCompetitive compensation commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package.A collaborative, litigation focused environment with experienced trial attorneys.Meaningful client interaction and significant courtroom exposure.Opportunities for continued professional growth and long term career advancement.About Blue Signal:As an award-winning executive search firm, Blue Signal has a strong track record of placing top talent in the legal space.
